  • peaking too early....haha! It is kind of like you said the other day about how to stay look your best for a cover shoot next week....book a cover shoot this week.

  • Very true - staying very close to peak shape all year round works best for me, but it sounded like you started a specific 4 month training plan to peak at the SEPT contest. But you're right - I never saw any 'bulk-up' phase so to speak, from you!

  • I started the Vlog's when I was already in shape....was just looking for something to do. Plus I wanted to get some buzz surrounding my website before I make all my changes that are coming.

    I "'Bulked'' up last year and that is when I learned my lesson. The result...it was the first time I failed to place in the top 3 of a competition (WBFF 2008)

    I think it was you who said it best yet again...working fitness models do not have bulk up phases. They should always be ready!
