You still lack the understanding, that a lot of very skilled players are also in the ACB and what not pro leagues. Those, more often then not, just lack the size, speed and sheer power to compete in the more physical NBA. 90% of all the potential ballers will never make it to the NBA alone for size and athletic ability requirements. Of course skills are very important but in the end your body will show you your limits quicker then any lack of skill.

Jeff Hornacek played successfully on very, very bad wheels because he understood the game and had skills. There are thousands of players out there who are or were more athletic than he was and they never made it to the league. Of course, the two must come together. I played against ACB players and one of them is in the NBA. Because of skills.
