Science has not concluded that it is tissue. And at what age are we talking about? A fetus is a fetus until the head crowns. So a split second before the head crowns, it's just tissue and can be killed? Babies have also been born as early as 21 weeks.

It's not punishment. It's a consequence. We all know how babies are made. Safe sex should be practiced (no, not abstinence). If safe sex fails, your back up plan is adoption, not abortion. yeah, first of all those post-abortion-depressions are not very common and in cases where they occur, it is mainly because of the stress and pressure put on these women by others- especially people that feel that they have to judge them for their actions without even wasting another thought to actually trying to find out why these women have abortions, and people thinking that they need to force their own beliefs and opinions about morals on others.
