  • @4URLINOV, NOPE it's not too late to start gymnastic when you are 17 years old. At that age it might be a bit late for you if you want to compete in gymnastics at a national and international levels. But if you just want to do it to stay fit then you are fine. As a matter of fact i did not learn these skill until I am about 20 years old, but since I take martial arts i have the flexibility therefore it helps...

  • @MarloBomfunk Hi there, how long it take me to get abs? That's a great question. I believe that the time frame for everyone is different because of their body type and fitness ability. For me, when I take a break and not focusing on the abs for 6 weeks and up I barely see my abs. However, when I get back into training the abs for 3 to 4 times a week from 10 - 30 minutes I get it back nice and ripped in within 4 weeks. To get them without flexing is a lot harder, u have to be more lean.

  • nice video , i got a question by the way , how long did it take you to get these abs ? i mean if you train 4 times a week at the gym and eat lots of fruits and some vegetable will yousee results in like 3-5 weeks ? ( if you've already trained your body for like a year and took some breaks ) and if you already look like that when you flex will it be easy to get them without flexing ? thanks !

  • Thanks for all the coments everyone. Its one of the best core workout I ever did. These woods are from home depot. I got all of my woods from breaking to building the equipments are either from Home Depot or Rona.

  • @phanca99 hey there. How're you doing? I was wondering if you could answer my question here. I've always been amazed by the gymnastic rings, but if you wanna be a gymnast you have to start from a very young age. I am 17 years old and for my age I'm pretty felxible, but nothing near the gymnastic flexibility. My question is: IS it too late for me to start doing exercises on the rings, Parallel bars, Horizontal bar etc? I've always wanted to do these things.

  • Damn! I really want one of these in my back yard. This is by far the best way to build up inner core strength. Forget about doing weights in the gym each day, this is the way to go. I am sure that most body builders are so heavy that they can't even do half a dozen chin ups.

  • I am taired to teach people like you who dont know anything about building muscles and who dont eaven know why muscles is getting bigger and stronger... To get "stronger" like you sed you must streach you muscles properly.

  • well first my friend learn how to spell, secondly it is not stretching the muscle that get you bigger as you put it, it is breaking down the small muscle fasicles( or fibers to people like you) then the body replenishs and rebuilds that muscle to get stronger, and bigger to try and reduce getting broke down! before you try to make someone look stupid, do some studying first.

  • No, to be stronger you do not need to be bigger, although more muscle deff. helps with strength (if you can use it) One weight study showed that Lifting lighter weights at a faster pace, would increase muscle strength and not so much on muscle size. Lifting heavier weights at a slower pace yields bigger muscles. and hey, Strength is the ability to move heavy objects repeatedly, and Power is the ability to unleash that force in one instant. So speed is a defining factor between power and strength

    Did these a few times the past month.

    So far it's only the blood rushing to my head which is giving me issues--proper breathing with these are tricky for me.

  • Well, I just made the apparatus 2 months ago, since then I work on twisting my body backward on the rings trying to keep my body parallel to the ground. I guess I was in an ok shape therefore it does not take that long for me.
