This is not D'Souza's finest performance IMO. However, the substance of his argument is 100% true. I think he became uncomfortable because he is a conservative guy and they generally like to praise and show respect to vets and since this guy claims to have been a vet D'Souza was in an awkward position. The concept of "freeing" another country by bombing and occupying them and negating the principles of self-defense and democracy is aggressive and therefore inappropriate.
