That piece of road is bad for sliding like that, There are more then a few videos of wrecks in that same place. Some by motorcycle magazine rider's, Not all where complete wrecks thou. One was able to keep the bike up.

@Camaro9290 I would say it is because the vast majority of riders on this road do not have the experience to ride through turns like that at higher speeds. Dudes left arm was nearly locked and pushing down on the inside bar. Not a good position to be in while cornering.

Looks like he had the turn, but then left the clutch or throttle slipped and that equals instant oversteer. You can also hear the engine revving. Although that might be just from him accellerating through a turn, which is certainly better than braking through it.
