  • @dolceeciod1

We all know Agame woman are the most decent & religious women not only in Ethiopia Africa but also in the whole world.

They have a unique identity call Ethiopianism & most of all they've 1000s of years unshakeable history, no one colonized them, their womb always deliver 1000s of heroes 4 mama Ethiopia, they fought & died 4 Ethiopia & became symbol of freedom.

Do u know who the hookers? ya those who were colonized, slaves, not the hero Ethiopians period.

  • Im a proud ethiopian man who was adopted once upon time. Im now trying to search for my roots and already know that it was unstable the time I was adopted, cause of the war with eritrea. But even if my parents arent living today, I surely want to see if any picture or other relatives still are living here today. But finally I want to say that this music make me carm about going round in circles of not know what you really came from. Also love the language and of course wanna learn it one day.

  • @Nhrek

aww thats really sweet how you never really forgot about where you came from and how your interested in learning about your culture!..the only thing is try to meet ethiopians that could teach you the language, culture, and so on..and maybe one day,you could also go back home!.oh,nd i really hope you meet family members that you were once seperated from. !! =)

  • Just been in Ethiopia for a two weeks trip with my wife and her 1st CD was our journey's soundtrack. Simply great! Thanks to Sami and Bemnet to let us know her voice. A couple of tracks reminded me - even if not completely - some of Angelique Kidjo. Anyway, great country, great people, great singer!

  • could you belive this, I just creat an account with Utube to just comment in this song. I listen to a lot of artists from teddy afro to eminiem, but did not bother to comment. I don't know what is it about this song but force me to do so. Because of this song I tracked the orginal singer Nada and listen a couple of her songs. I love the song. thank you for sharing.

  • @brownheartxxx

My dear friend, what are you implying???

  • @brownheartxxx

My dear friend, what are you implying??? This comment really is out of place and time. Why not just enjoy the beautiful music than instigating hate among and between us? Nowadays, I think most good people of the world look beyond color, race and gender and are saying STOP the hate. I even saw the message being displayed during the world cup matches.

  • Helen-Ethio and Helen Meles, both beautiful and nice songs in their own way.

  • DX ahunim ale inde? 0:33

  • daym she has a nice ass..

  • Bonjour J'aime cette chanson ça m'exite Helen est magnifique et sa voix est douce .du courage tu as un bon avenir

    .. Respect!!

  • i love this song

  • Simply am happy when I listen esp. This song .I expect more beautiful song she can relese it has been more than 2 yr .........why?

  • In history, two countries fought for ownership of HELEN Troy for ten solid years. As a result thousand sacrificed their lives for the sake one Helen because Helen Greece was simply gorgeous

Helen of Ethiopia has now started to capture the attentions of millions of young men in the planet. what a stunning beauty, style and voice !!!

  • Do not you think your comment is a bit exagerated. Better to forward your honest opinion than writing such a rubish.

  • @eritreafirst Do you know if she ever tours in the US?

  • Helen is one beautiful lady. Her voice has the unusual quality of being raspy and scratchy and beautiful at the same time. She is like Tina Turner only softer and more feminine. Her voice even breaks at exactly the right places, giving her singing an even sweeter twist. Some people call her Beyonce. I say Beyonce has nothing on Helen.

  • @gabaldoon Great analysis - you should be in the music industry, if you are not, it may just be your CALLING. You are obvious versed, combining legendary icon with contemporary ones.

Great comment. 5stars for you, Selane and of course Helen :0)

I agree with Thecamcorder123's comments, I too do not understand the beautiful language of Amharic - this indeed demonstrate the power of music, of sound

  • @dandamakakojo Thank you very much. I loved your comment. Thanks for taking the time.

  • @gabaldoon

    what beyonce mean

  • @naeemo212 Beyonce is the name of a famous American singer.

  • @gabaldoon Well Beyonce and Helen are two different , however Helens music can feel the needs of habesha , hopefully Helen will be universal like Beyonce in the future .

  • @solomonians she damm look like her ayee

  • @gabaldoon c est une tres bellle voix

  • This song simply depicts how music is unriversal, I have no clue what the lyric is about but I love the song without even understanding a single word about the two languages. The lady has the best voice and some of the words she twists make the song adoreable. Hope she will be a successful singer. Keep up the good work girl.

  • hahaha tuuuuuuune - what a tune man - propa groove - luvin it! big-up....

  • heheh sxb heesta gabadhan ithipian ka ah maleh heestana waa carabi suudaani waxaa leh fanaanad kale oo sudaniyad ah oo la yiraahdo Nada el ghala and the heesta waxaa la dhahaa cuzaaaz caleenaa shaalaloo guraage jabriile

  • amazing, over half a million visits to this vid. I like the mzk verymuch.

  • Lamrof, I was also born in uromia, outside Ethiopia, LOL. It , uromia, is Ethiopia my friend. As such Tigreans or amharas can be born there. Helen is Ethiopian Tigrean born in South Ethiopia ooops... in uromia . Who am I to teach your trash Ethio politics, I'm glad I'm out of it, I am Eritrean.

  • This girl hasn't even been in Sudan. Who said she grew up in Sudan. Blah blah. I saw her interview on ETV, she was born in Oromia, grew up in Oromia and then in Addis. Her first language is Oromifa not Arabic or Amhairc.

Some say she is related to Bianca, the American singer.

  • Oh, Godblessyou you are God given buity yor voceis is out of this world , you are 10+

I am your fun for life.

  • hooo girl

  • she's beautiful and all dat but i tink she needs to hire a stylist cos her style seems to b a bit dis oriented frm place to place....well dats ma opinion!!

  • Ethiopian Beyonce .. keep shining! enwedishalen

  • GAY

  • The only people who hate Ethiopian music is those cursed Eritreans who are crook and mean by nature and nurture!! They are thorns who try to bleed the good rose "Ethiopians." They did these for long but it failed time and again!! The irony is they are 24/7 watching Ethiopian clips and commenting nonsense out of jealousy, because they got nothing to watch of their own. They know deep inside their music is sucks!! Oh yaaa ! "SenTewawek AneTenanek!"

  • @Rasdashen1 LOL. I am Eritrean and former Asmarino. I love Ethiopian music, women and language. The first complete novel I ever read, at the age of 12, was Fikir eske Mekabir by Hadis Alemayehu and never stopped loving Amharic language since. I didn't know I was "cursed" and "crook[ed] and mean by nautre".

  • she has nice voice & v good accent in Arabic

    & she is (sobbokh) beautiful

    Sudan&Ethiopia 4ever

  • I wish all arabian women were like her

  • I love this song as well as the singer. she has a nice scratchy vice.

  • Dedeb----Complexam ertrawi

  • Hey Bone headed M***FKR, you seems ur blinded with hatred toward one ethnicity. I am Agame and I love my brother & sister from Amhara, Oromo Gurage et we are all one nation under ETHIOPIA. Why dont you mind ur own business in Eritrea. You are cancer for Ethiopia and we dont need ur evil advice. I think thats why we the Agame kick your Ass from Ethiopia.
