I'm fairly certain that this was a track recorded early in the process for the fantasic #1 'In The Zone' album.

I love this - it's so progressive and would've been an excellent compliment to the album.

I love her voice and vocals here, and love how unique this song is. I can only imagine the mind blowing choreography she'd have used to this too!

Oh well, thank goodness for youtube. At least we can play and appreciate all these 'lost' songs!

They were seen to be taking over the pop scene while she was in hiatus, and she wanted the world to know SHE was the "original doll"... it was a real album, and the lead single was "Mona Lisa" but was later cancelled because Jive was pissed off that she leaked the single to radio months before the album was set to be released.

"Cold As Fire" is actually "Hot as Ice" and it is said in an interview with Danja that "Break The Ice" was recorded the time when K-Fed had Britney pregnent.
