my husband is IBEW...he worked 18/7 for weeks restoring power and this throwing a tax on union healthcare benefits is crap...hubby paid $5 an hour for HIS part of health insurance and we NEVER got to take advantage of it because if he ever got home it was a Saturday (he worked way out of town) and HE had the reliable vehicle while I was stuck here with a vehicle without 4WD,
