I think the idea that we 'Own' the Bible is harmful to us, and I dont see how it would help our faith, other faiths, and inter-faith dialogue. One of the main focus points of the current Church is reconciliation and unity in Christianity. I am certain statements of hostility towards other denomination would not help. We should probably see that we are all blessed and moved by God, focus on the common faith, and rejoice in our differences.

Catholics are better than Protestants because what i here on those protestants shows like 700 hundred club is fake. like on that 700 hundred club that old guy pat tells people on tv that Jews and Catholics are going to born in hell and pat said it is OK to divorce your spouse if he or she has Alzheimer it is OK to divorce them that's evil. Catholics don't tell people that the world is going to end.

@JaredTG188 Imma just proving a point. We don't cherry pick verses. I've read a majority of the Bible. Anything that goes against it is a contradiction. Which is fine, because God is a contradiction and therefore can't exist. Christians/Catholics don't seem to have a problem with contradictions though

There is not a single Catholic Doctrine which conflicts with the Bible, and there is nothing in the Bible that contradicts a Catholic Doctrine. If there were, then that book would have been considered not to have been inspired and the Catholic Church would not have included it in the canon. The Bible is a Catholic Book. Of course there would be no conflicts.

Islam is pretty much exclusively to Arabs and people of that area, if God is the father of all people, why is the Koran only written in Arabic, this way it "is the direct language" of God. Jesus only told us to love and be good, he didn't tell us to was our butt cracks and pray 5 times a day, or ban pigs from the diet of the world, or cover our bodies. His message was love.
