What I think is funny is that this boat/ark (which i believe is real) does NOT legitimize your specific religious biblical account. What it DOES legitimize is the original flood/ark story from the Sumarian 'Epic of Gilgamesh', which is what Moses (or whoever actually put genesis to paper) plagiarized the Noah's Ark story from. Just like how a rumor changes every time it is retold, we must assume that the ark story told closer to the actual event must be more factual in its account.
Even the Epic of Gilgamesh account of the flood may just be a retelling predating them that the sumerians plagiarized and inserted their own religious overtones from the much earlier 'true' account. When you see the ark you will notice it was built as a long rectangular box all sealed against water leakage,with the 2 upper decks added later.The row of windows on top half is still intact. What I think is funny is that this boat/ark (which i believe is real) does NOT legitimize your specific religious biblical account. What it DOES legitimize is the original flood/ark story from the Sumarian 'Epic of Gilgamesh', which is what Moses (or whoever actually put genesis to paper) plagiarized the Noah's Ark story from. Just like how a rumor changes every time it is retold, we must assume that the ark story told closer to the actual event must be more factual in its account.

Even the Epic of Gilgamesh account of the flood may just be a retelling predating them that the sumerians plagiarized and inserted their own religious overtones from the much earlier 'true' account. When you see the ark you will notice it was built as a long rectangular box all sealed against water leakage,with the 2 upper decks added later.The row of windows on top half is still intact. The back half of the boat has been stripped of all the upper deck boards and planks as Noah needed to build a temp house and also for some dry firewood which is why the back of the floatation box has been exposed but the whole is well preserved. Praise GOD for that good old Goper Wood and pitch. WOW!!!

The Turkish gouvernment wants to preserve it. There are some other discoveries Ron Wyatt made that i have watched videos about and he claimed that the gouvernment would not let him study things because they believe it is their property, it would attract tourists and could destroy it, they want to preserve it.
I would like to know more information about the Arc aswell but, also Ron Wyatt was almost excecuted for trespassing and also as he mentiioned its VERY difficult getting gouvernment permits

Who knows what kind of animals there was, where he was at. At that time the world was in total chaos. I don't think those minor details really matters, this was like 6000 years ago, God can do or make anything he wants, as well as Satan. Like those doubtful thoughts everyone has about God and if he is real.

If you were educated in general, you would know that flood myths had already permeated middle eastern cultures at that time do to a large localized flood. See Gilgamesh. There has never been a global flood. Nore is the story of Noah original.

So you'd need a vessel about 8 million times larger than the ark is depicted as. So you'd need way more than two of each kind (what the fuck is a kind anyways?) to allow for reasonable genetic diversity to prevent the "kinds" from inbreeding themselves out of existance. So you'd need specialized containers to house the near infinite numbers of insects. It could have happened :P Just as long as the laws of physics, biology, geology, amongst others were all suspended. :P

Ron Wyatt was a backyard Archaeologist, and a fake, no qualifications at all. All of his claims, not just this one, have been dismissed by scientists, historians and even his own church, Seventh-day Adventist. Even his co-workers on the expaditions to this site have disclaimed him. Just do a search on his name.

Yes, but they did go on and study Archaeology, to learn how to carry out expaditions etc. Where is all of his evidence, the artifacts, the lab reports? Every time he had been asked for them he came up with some excuse of why he couldn't

furthermore it explained the measurements matching.. soil samples showing evidence of degraded wood. deep imaging last i checked these were all legitimate archeological practices.

Its a proven fact that this is a rock formation and the ark does not rest there, the ark in fact is high up on the moutain and provides more evidence than this so called discovery,ron wyatt was wrong on this point, the ark is still buried in the ice and snow on top of arrat, the ark was not designed like a ship but a box as the word ARK is the same word used for the ARK of the covenant, yes its oblong and like a box,the ark was not disigned to go anywhere just to float and save noah & his family
