  • So, I'm interested in learning parkour, or free running, but Commerce is pretty much flat and there just aren't many obstacles. I may be moving to Sherman here in a few weeks so once I find myself a job there I will be looking at getting out and making some attempts at this. Any recommended sites to practice at?

  • Those rolls hurt me.

  • I dunno before my rolls would actually dislocate my shoulder even though i was doing the right (the shoulder is the problem) but those really helped

  • your rolls really need some work, your rolling sideways over your back, not exactly healthy, and doesnt really do much to spread the force of the impact. Try rolling diagonally across one shoulder.

  • Good job dude

  • Ratboy69, what you are describing sounds more like Free Running, which is different than Parkour. This video was an excellent demenstration of what Parkour really is, keep it up guys!! :)

  • First of all Parkour is not "hardcore" (ratboy69)

Second...why havent I see you guys yet?

  • faily good, but its not hardcore enuf. screwing around in sherman i do harder stuff

  • Parkour isn't about being "hardcore", it's supposed to be soft core actually. It's not meant to show off. Learn the deffinition of parkour noob.
