Practicing helps a lot & also looking at other people's makeup looks. Check out specktra(dot)net if you haven't already. People post their "faces of the day". It helps to see what other people are doing. :)

I made the gummy bear bracelet & I was going to do a tutorial on it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I posted a link as an annotation in the video as to where you can get instructions on how to make it, so I probably won't be making the tutorial soon.
