Used gulp sandworms vs my wife using bloodworms. I caught 4 croakers she caught 6. I didn't get bloody and I only had to apply new bait once versus her everytime. Lets see $9 a dozen for blood worms used 5. $ 19 for gulp and only used one. I cut it in half. Going for flounder tomorrow trying Gulp Alive Shad.

Gulp works. I like to put shrimp on a rattle float in bays "free shrimpin' or fish the third riff with peelers. Trolling Gulp! squid catches kings and mahi or crevelle etc. Squids and shrimp both are tough to beat round rigs. Smelt works everywhere it seems but, it's important that the fish are around, duh. Cause you ain't catching nothin' if fish arent present. Mini earthworms are killer for catching bream in fresh water, Gulp! works and it's hassle free. The squid is killer off of piers too.

I used a popping cork with about 8 feet between cork and the "new penny shrimp" with no jighead. just simple "j" hook. After that one time i used it, I think i messed up the rest of the baits... cuz I put the hooked bait back in the bag and it rusted. I'm going to invest in the "bucket"

I've also cought flounder with the shad version. Hot spots are Boca Chica Cove and Jetties.
