Nice lift. I suggest that you do not use wrist straps to deadlift, if your grip gets stronger you will be surprised to see your deadlift go up. Great form though. Keep working hard.
I usually train pretty heavily on the deadlift. Warm-ups with 135, 225, 315, then do 405 or so for a working set and increase it again for another working set.
