Shelly-Ann seems like she has a longer drive phase than the others. What I mean is that there are 3 phases to the race: the dive phase, the acceleration phase, and the maintenance phase (if my memory is correct). Anyway, the drive phase is at the beginning of the race, where your 'drive' out of the blocks, head down, arms pumping etc. It is the foundation.

Anyway, if you look at Shelly at the beginning, and how she holds her head down longer, then slowly holds her head up, u see what i mean.
