This sounds a lot like this mysterious tune I found on an MP4 player I was given a few years ago. Sadly the MP4 broke, but I'd always kept this mysterious tune.

Nguyên Lê is a great musician and each one of his albums is very special. I've had the pleasure of talking to him after his gigs and he is a very sweet, nice person. He's one of my all favorite guitarists.

This is tradional Vietnamese style that Le did use to play on the guitar and Hen Ho is a traditional Vietnamese song not his composition. "This band is amazing. The fusion all the Asian traditional music together.

A nice performance and a great album. Most of the CD is tighter in terms of composition. But I like the free improvisation here and the record. The name of the song is Hen Ho. The interview is worth checking out as well.
