  • @ 1:18, a real life Georgie girl!!!! I miss the innocence of those days but long more for the down right decadence I enjoyed about 5 yrs later living in NYC for the dawn of the disco era. London in the late 60s for a 15 yr old gay male was a tremendous life experience builder and I don't think I could have ever moved on to experience or even fully appreciate what came immediately after had it not happened.

  • Hendrix at the London Speakeasy Club

  • I know that compared to the 50's the 60's must have been exciting, but to me it just looks really drab.

  • good times.

  • Kids today don't know what they missed!

  • so true. even the 70s for all of its faults, was a hell of a time to grow up and be young.

  • not arf! - in the 70's I went from being a suedehead to hardcore punk....until I discovered Dylan!. Loved every minute

  • Give me a hit off that Shit man

  • Pete Townshend TOTALLY stealing Syd's style there.!

  • love it!

the city today has a gem 'London is the Place for Me'

  • Hii everyone!!! What's the song at 0:55???

  • Interstellar Overdrive!!!

  • the band Playing on 1.46 was PINK FLOYD

  • *****(5)*****

  • who is the band playing at 1.46 please?

  • best period to have lived in, best music , creative fashion, most beautiful looking cars, innovative thinking, only nixon was the black spot.

i am really glad not to be young and waste my best years in such a rubbish-today-time .

  • if your into 60's black and white film pop promo check out

nirvana-uk on youtube.......brilliant band they had it all 20 years before the other lot........enjoy

  • Thanks for that reference. I was a fan of the original Nirvana back in the sixties. Have their first LPs.

  • I enjoy both Nirvanas. You're the first I've met who likes the original.

  • No, you're a stupid fucking moron, lowest of the low scum who trolls on youtube from the computer in your mother's basement. Why would you even bother watching this? Shows you have no life whatsoever. Unfortunately, nowadays the world is full of imbeciles like you who do nothing but sit with their hands up their ass. Your user name alone shows you have the brain-size of a pebble. Get a job and a life, 40-year old loser.

  • Don't bother responding because I could care less what you have to say and won't bother reading it, if you can even read, cum stain on a pile of shit.

  • Perfect name you are a stupid fucking dick stain. Don't bother responding I won't read your stupid reply, douchebag.

  • That was directed at DickStainy.

  • JOHN "HOPPY" HOPKINS appears at minute 0:53 and 1:02

  • And 1:34. What a legend.

  • What's the name of the song at the begining? It's so sixties.

  • its the Who 'So sad about us'

  • Thank You!

  • Wheres the Soft Machine?! Oh my!

  • That's Syd Barrett walking down the street at the beginning.Right? I'd recognize that cool bouncing walk and fabulous hair anywhere. Why can't that part be longer! WHAT a dolly-bird.

  • how long is the full-feature movie actually?

  • There is a full six minute clip of what Floyd is doing at the end of this clip, the live performance at the UFO 67 filmed by German Tv. It involves a spoken bit with the presenter who is tripping out of his brains, he is trying to describe the UFO is experience but is really probably taking to his hand. Should be available on Google videos just type in floyd and that German title.

  • Die Jungen Nachtwandler thats what its called

  • That's a fat doobie.

  • Now that's what I call a spliff!

  • "Die Jungen Nachtwandler", aka "The Young Night Transducers."

Oh And It's Not A TV Report, It's A Film.

Ein Film Von = A Film Of..

    Edmund Wolf..

  • "Pot is fun", said Hoppy!

  • john "hoppo" hopkins is there, stoned off his box! it looks like the speakeasy where jimi and chas are.

  • whats the hendrix song playing on here?

  • Jimi and Mitch!

  • i think that it was actually Jimi and Chas Chandler

  • right! - ofcourse.

  • Man, what I wouldn't do to be there with Pink Floyd! (and have that joint)
