azarenka's sounds like a ghost door-knocker on halloween, when you touch it, it goes WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! it seriously goes on for like 3 seconds after the swing. she must have the cardio of an ace to WOOO so loudly and play so hard. maybe she could chase them down better in rallies if she saved her lungs.

i don't get it. if somebody's just trying to imitate grunts, they wouldn't have been able to do so ALL THROUGHOUT THE MATCH, and even more so ALL THROUGHOUT WTA TOUR! right? let's be rational here!

monica seles was a famous grunter. as graf's greatest rival and and former WC herself, she's as popular as sharapova, if not more. and we don't say masha copies her grunts. surely, more grunters would come along. and if that's how you think, you'll get really confused who's copying who.

Basically because both of these players were trained the nick boilleteri (sp?) tennis academy in Florida.

Basically the academy teaches players (quite rightly so I might add) to exhale when they hit the ball, some players (these two in particular) are quite vocal when they exhale.

That said type in larcha de brito and tell me that these two are loud grunters.
