5:38 - 5:42 I'm probably going to get in trouble for this, but one of my favorite scenes in the movie is when John Denver walks into the back room and sees a boy and a girl going at it (I personally wish it was ME going at it with that girl!). He says, "Wash your hands, Norman!" and they both stop doing what they were doing and Norman tries to explain himself. That was hilarious!
I;m agnostic so i sit on the fence where it comes to religion. I believe that having a little fiath is good you don't have to be over zealous or overly devout. The holy texts (Bible, Torah and the Qu'ran) all say the same thing to try to be a good person and try to lead a good life. Religion is to comfort people not to frighten them to death.

Great film! And if you want to see modern religion realistically portrayed, watch that asshole Reverand Willie Wilson and those other Goddamn frauds. THERE'S religion toay in a nutshell!
Any practicing Jew will immediately recognize this as a Jewish movie. How so? because it's theology simply fits too nicely into the Jewish "mold"; chances are it's not a simple coincidence. You see, in Judaism, all that one needs to know about religion, was summarized by master Hillel in the following maxim: "That which is hateful to you, don't do unto others; that's the whole Torah, the rest is just commentary. What's with the snow on the TV screen?? Oh, that's right!! TV stations used to sign off at midnight. Then, some genius came up with the infomercial. To think, Jerry & Bobbie cold have ordered a new "Whirleygizzmo Butt-Be-Gone" weight loss contraption...... complete with DVD!!
