Most of Telus' staff are located in Manila Phillipines. Those people have something wrong with their thinking. I told them I don't need high-speed internet because my neighbour allows me to use their wireless signal for FREE. So I tell the filipino...no thanks I get it free from my neighbour. She argues in her very heavy accent that I would get the high-speed at a discount. I remind her again..."I have it for free!!!" She says, thank you I understand, but I will bundle your services to include..

i don't represent canada. this isn't an olympic event. we're a nation of immigrants and take pride in our diversity - that's what the brochure will tell you but strangely 1st generation immigrants with degree's do not have the success that 2nd & 3rd generation immigrants have. if you hail from a communist country - whether you're chinese or whatever, you're more likely to fail than anybody else. if you have 3 or 4 babies living in a 3rd world and can't feed your kids & take our jobs...not good.

I heard from the evening news that a toddler in calgary has died when his parents used a voip phone(same technology shaw uses)service to call 911 and was routed to the wrong city. As a customer I would like 911 service that works well and I know that could only come from Telus.
