I had extensions for two years and it looked amazing. I had to renew every 3 weeks and was enjoying compliments until I realized that I lost so many of my own eyelashes with exxtensions that soon there would be none to glue extensions on. When I finally took off my extensions, my natural eyelashes were thin, exteremely short and sparse. I had to use FYSIKO eyelash serum to grow all of it back. Now my eyelashes doubled in size and I dont think i will ever get extensions again.
hi i did mine and it was abut 3 weeks then went to shop and took them off but i lost my lashez and its really short now i dono if they grow up or gana be like that?
@mizherati lashes replace them selfs about every 6 or 8 weeks. thats why i think its funny when people say "omg i had this done a year ago and my lashes never grew back" lol
from my experience i can say that, it looks natural, glue doesnt bite your eyes, u dont need to use eye make up(save time), lashes come off within 3-4 weeks-they fall out separately and real lashes remain.
only thing that kinda annoys me is that u need to comb them, otherwise they will look long but ugly.
My mom has eyelashes extensions from Vietnam and they are really long and really pretty. I wore a pair of them for my christmas concert for school because my class was doing the grinch play and the who's are supposed to have long eyelashes so ya...There really kool:D
Do you know the dos and don'ts from eyelashes extensions? How come some of people who had these at the end don't have their real lashes anymore literally? I really wanted to get these...but still in doubt. Thanksss =]
yeah it's true.I had mine done before and the glue is what kills your natural lashes since it's kinda toxic. After my extensions has fallen off,my natural lashes were half the original lengths and half as thick.I also noticed that my lash color was significantly lighter too.And since the entension is attached near the roots of your lashes, sometimes your real lashes will be fallen out along with your extension if youb rub your eyes.(individually, not the whole thing)
Not necessarily. I had some done and I just used a little water and gently pulled them. My eyelashes were fine.
And I like this technique better. The place I went to I didn't like the lashes. The looked too fake. I think she put too many on too. She might as well used the one piece instead of the individual ones. I 'm scared to try it again because of that. Not getting them off but looking like Minnie mouse or something.
o.o does that hurt at all? it kinda looked 2 me liek the extra long eyelashes she was putting in were metal wires, lol. how much does it cost to get it done? where?
I have had extensions for 2 months. Cost was $100 & 2 hours to have my extensions. In 2 weeks I had a fill ($55) which thickened the lashes. I like to keep them up & return every 2 weeks; the cost is $40 as the technician does not have to spend a lot of time replacing lost lashes. I get raves about my eyes and it only takes me about 5 minutes to "do my face" in the morning and I only have to apply a little mascara to the lower lashes (which do not have extensions). I LOVE my extensions.
That doesn't sound too costly! :) Do they look like the lashes on here? They look super natural. Can you post a pic of your lashes? Where do you get them done? Have you noticed if they hurt your own lashes?
They are really pretty when they are done. But I know people who use those and they have damnages their eyelashes with them so much that they litterally don't have eyelashes anymore.
Goodness, I am just thankful that my eyelashes are extremely (...well pretty) long as they are now. I'd never use extension eyelashes
What is the obsession with long eyelash extensions? I think eyes look great with and without them. I prefer mascara myself. I just can't deal with the poking and prodding of false lashes or extensions. Oh well :]
The diffrence is that the fake one's fall off in a day and you are not suppose to sleep in them and they are not waterproof. The extensions are more durable and you can sleep, swim, and cry inthem and don't have to worry about them falling off or smuging due to crying (no need for mascara). Oh and no they don't look alike trust me when i say i can tell when people are wearing fake lashes. I can't tell with extensions.
I've learned that many people do not know the difference between, individual & flare eyelash tabbing which is between $20 and $60 depending upon what part of the country you live, and if different lengths are used to customize the look. Eyelash extensions is the service where a single lash is added to the person's single lash...if I ever see someone charging $50 to add a false lash to each of my individual lashes, You betta BEWARE, that's a little suspect to me. Education is key.
It does look beautiful but when parts of it starts falling off it looks like spider legs growing out of ur eyes. Trust me I have seen it before and my boss done it for the past 2 years. the hardest part is you gotta take care of it.. which means no rubbing eyes, gotta be careful when taking shower, careful not to touch it when removing eye makeup..
Check out the after pic of the area under her eye!!!!! You should not be putting tape under the eye area. It's delicate like tissue paper and people can have reactions to the adhesive.
A lot of places have it cost hundreds of dollars and it takes hours to put them on, but if you go to an Asian place [qualified, of course] it costs about $5o and takes about half an hour. The longest it took for mine was maybe an hour because they had to get rid of the ones I already had on. There were no side effects and the place was very popular in that area. Most Asian places will have it slightly cheaper and faster. Not guaranteeing it though. Just wanted to offer that information. =]
A lot of people have been sending me messages about that comment. Hahaha. There's quite a few eyelid extension places around the L.A. area that are around that price.
I made it in Bangkok for 250 baht (8$ lol!) it looked really nice and it lasted 3 weeks.. the only difficult part is that u cant rub ur eyes and be careful when u remove the extensions or it will damage the real eye lashes.
last up to two months or more. Touch-ups are recommended after initial full set application to replace any lashes that might have fallen off. Properly applied lashes will last for the length of the natural growth cycle of each eyelash hair.Care must be taken not to rub eyes, or scratch.
Also, any creams, eye makeup removers, lotions, or cleansers containing oils can loosen the bond,Care must be taken to apply eye cream sparingly with avoidance of the lash line area.
Water soluble mascara can be worn; however constant use of mascara may shorten the life-span of your lashes. WATERPROOF MASCARA IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE AS IT WILL DISSOLVE THE BOND WITH THE LASHES.the cost of a full set of lashes may range from $100 to $300.
ormally a person's natural eyelash falls out every 2-3 months and a new lash grows in. Because of this occuring it is necessary to get touch-ups to fill in the fallen lashes every four to 6 weeks - the time will vary depending on the individual.
The Permanent Eyelash Extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They provide length and thickness to your own lashes. They are applied to individual eyelashes, one lash at a time, for a elegant, natural and luscious look.
I LOVE my extensions and have been having them done for a year and a half. In Seattle I go to Dina at Euphorico salon. She is the best and I found her on Google. Her site dvinelash dot com answered my questions better than anyone else had. If this is done right you will NOT lose your lashes unless you pick them off. The glue does not touch your skin at all. Thanks for posting the video, now I can see what she does when my eyes are closed! ;-)
type in extrenme eyelashes on google or yahoo. click on the main website, and then click "find professionals." i has eyelash extensiosn, i love them a lot. but it is costly to maintain. a certified person charges about $250-$350 FOR the first set. afterwards, the maintenance fee can be about $150. you have to get a maintenance every month. i like them though.
