I ended up buying a 03 400ex after I saw this video not to long ago. It was nice when I had it but my cousin bought it off me and somthing went wrong with the wiring. He hasnt had it back together since.

thats funny. i just got my 2003. the guy wanted 2300 and i got it for 1900. with a set of paddles plus new dirt tires, flag, sandlake permit. very happy. 400ex for life.

@gavinabcdefghi i got my 2000 for 1600 but any year on a 400 is a good year just depends on how much money u want to spend the old ones are just as good as the new ones but some wear on em and if u do get one dont get a bored one unless it was just bored cus the bored dont hav reliablity as a stock one does

I just bought a 2003 400ex with a 440 big bore kit upgrade for $1800.00 here in Lebanon County Pa waiting to get out and ride once i find places to go that I don't have to pay to ride been 10 yrs since I had my yamaha TT350 and everywhere I used to ride is either closed/off limits (arrested if you trespass ) or pay to ride and I have work some Overtime to get the funds to pay for memberships since I spent all extra cash on quad and gear.
