Sadly there the manufacturing environment in American is anything but vibrant and us small guys can't all fill our shop with brand new Mori Seikis and dedicated production lines like a tier one auto parts mfg.

Great song for the video! I saw these bikes in Kingsport, TN at the the Blood Sweat & Gears cyclocross race. Awesome stuff and the one custom paint job on one of the 'cross bikes was out of this world -- I couldn't see that the tubes were squared off, the way it was done! (till I looked closer)

tools differ as materials differ-- from one man operations ( NAHBS ) TO those in China (GIANT ) with hundreds of

people building frames and assembling bikes . THIS JUST ONE VERSION OUT OF A 1000 ,really . Think of all the welders you know and how their techniques differ .
