sony vegas doesn't take AVI anymore so go in wmm(windows movie maker) then render it in wmm as a wmv file and go in sony vegas when wmm is done then you can use them^^

i use vegas and one of the only formats that works well is avi

wmv mov mpg are really slow and it doesnt even accept vob

Do not use wmv format unless your goal is to destroy the quality of your finished AMV. AVI is really the only format for good quality episodes you just need the right codecs to play them in vegas.

lol! You never wanna render in AVI! It gets way to freaking big! I have been able to customize settings in wmv and mpg to where the quality us BETTER Than how it was before I rendered! Do I seriously have to make a tutorial?
