Senator McCain has been interviewed several times in the past week. It was an actual please to sit listen to a truly intellgent man explain concerns like the stimulus package etc. He speaks with no personal agenda, no arrogance, no BS, and none of that silly POSTURING and Playing president we get thrown at us daily. The MAN understands that it's not about HIM, this is our precious country at stake. How far we have fallen, the Whitehouse is now "Little Hollywood".

jcyn, That's just the opposite of how I feel. I am thrilled 2B American, I love my country & could not ask for more. Nothing bad has happened to me regarding the USA. I was raised to believe being American was gift enough, the rest we should do on our own. I raised my children the same way & they all did well the old fashiond way.Hard Work! In the end its the only true satisfaction. If U let someone FIX things for U, U have to live with knowing you only won because the playing field was uneven.

dude, not according to polls. He ran more negative ads. Barack attacked mostly his policy choices - the Bush policies. McCain and Palin implied he was un-american, hung with terrorists, was a socialist, and hung out with a PLO spokeman. These are personal attacks, not policy. It is what turned many off about the McCain ticket.
