i would explain why the link gun is called the link gun but i dont know if some one has explained it already. but in short if u right click on a teammate u can power their link gun. and u can repair stuff with the rightclick

All first person shooters are stupid because aiming is hampered by fast strafing and moving and is too simplified and inaccurate. It kills all aspects of gun fighting. It worked at first when computers weren't fast enough to handle hit-location.

Yeah I started out on normal when I first got the game & u could definitely do well on normal!

I notice u do not use ur secondary firing very much. I was so looking for you to use it with the shock rifle because u can fire a ball and then explode it with the primary fire by shooting it (i thought that was why u were excited about the shock rifle).

And the link gun has a cool secondary fire where you can lock onto them with a continuous stream if they are at close range.

The link gun (in UT2k4 at least) has a primary fire of rapid energy, and secondary of a beam of energy that homes in on nearby enemies. If secondary is fired at a friendly who has a linkgun out, the primary fire doubles in damage or so (for them, and it stacks!). It also repaired vehicles and captured points. Seems almost unchanged in UT3.

I would for the most part agree. There are, however, a few exceptions. Unreal Tournament being one of them. And there's a lot cool about this game, but I don't like how they overuse vehicles. In a way I kind of prefer the original Unreal Tournament.

Yeah, UT is fun to kill a few hours if you feel like shooting stuff and not having to process though anything, I've always liked games having Vehicles if a FPS doesn't have them, it loses a point, unless they are overpowered.

I disagree, FPS's have lost a lot in the sense that you have to take it easy and slow in FPS's now, tactics and stuff. I prefer the days of Quake and Doom when you could just run in and shoot them to high heaven :D So much more fun. The point of games is to be fun. So if they don't do that, they aren't that good of a game. Or atleast if they are lacking in it.
