  • I had no belly fat at all, and then, the school holidays started. My girlfriend went to another country for a visit and was asking me about how I look. I told her honestly, that I wasnt different. Now that there is only 2 weeks to school, I've grown belly fat. Alot of it ! And neckfat, and chubby cheecks. God help me !

  • i use to work out alot and i was burning belly fat just not at the rate i wanted to one of the easiest ways to burn belly fat is to put a plastic bag on ur body use the plastic bag like a tank top that helps burn belly fat 3 times faster the doing ab workouts on its own using the plastic bag as a tank top and doin some ab workouts u should really see effects in 1 week try working out with a plastic bag 3 times a week for 30 or even 1 hour and youll see the results easiest way to burn belly fat

  • The works out will be the key to lose all body fat or "love handles." If you start with any work out and do healty meal chioces you will see results in as much as one month. Remenber the more muscle you get the more calories you burn.

  • Sorry, I accidentally removed a comment/question.

    But the partner push ups, step jumps, etc are the exercises demonstrated in the video. And when I say partner push up x 5, that means perform 5 reps of the movement. Step Jumps x 10 would be 10 reps of the exercise. Does this help?

    I wasn't sure on what the 5x and 10x meant, but thanks. so one rep would be like doing 10 steps jumps, then 10 more would be a second rep, correct? thanks!

    Maybe the "x" is confusing you. : )

    So you do:

    5 partner pushups

    10 step jumps

    10 inchworms

    5 squat thrusts/jumping pull ups

    and then go through this circuit 3-4 times. Does that make better sense? : )

    1 rep = 1 step jump, etc.

  • For those of you who find these too challenging, just keep at it. That's how you get stronger. I showed (demonstrated) this series to my personal trainer today because I thought it was one of the best Scott has filmed. I turn 55 in 2 weeks and think these are great!

    Oh! Forgot to mention that jumping is a good thing, even for middle aged people. My bone density has actually increased during the last year due to jumping. Way cool!

  • As usual these are quite challenging, some too advanced for me. But as udtvet73 says, we can use our initiative and tailor them to suit our own needs. Thanks for naming each exercise at the beginning of this video. In the last series some of the exercises were unfamiliar and I didn't know what to call them. Thanks also for regularly coming up with different variations of the exercises to keep things interesting. You do a great job with these videos, Scott.

  • All excellant excercises. I have customized some workouts for myself and I use a number of your suggestions. I really enjoy the bench jumping. Real combo hit there on the legs and the lungs. By customizing my own workouts I get to use excercises I enjoy and discover the ones that work best for me. Good work!

    How do you modify the Step Jumps and the Jumping Pull Ups? Sorry I haven't quite gotten the hang of  jumping onto a bench without fear of falling and being able to reach up that high for the pull ups even with jumping.

  • Those jumping pullups are over the top difficult. What if you don't have a place to do those?
