I have this phone and its ok if you only use it for calls, texts and pictures cuz otherwise it's just a bitch.

Do you have any idea how to erase ringtones from this phone?

I've tried tinkering with it but nothing seems to work. The ringtones I want to delete are ones Ive sent to myself so they SHOULD be able to be deleted >~<

On the email feature (I'm using Kin Onem) it gives a warning about "incur charges" is this separate from the data plan? Is there some way verizon plans to go about charging me for syncing my email? btw, the email syncing is shit on my phone. It loaded 3 emails from like 3 years ago. It fails at loading the emails.

@mrjdawg147 the LG cosmos touch isnt even in the same category as the kin twoM! the kin can use wifi, has much better camera quality, actually takes videos, and is much better quality than the Cosmos. there are actually many , many, many more reasons the Kin twoM is better >.<

@BrayBray500 you don't need to put it in airplane mode. If you don't have a data plan it will not allow you do surf the web if you're not on wifi. Sorry for the confusion in the video; i didn't realize this until only a couple weeks ago.

@FrencunoZeTroll if you don't mind the negatives i mentioned in the video such as not being able to send prerecorded video and a lacking messaging app then go ahead and get it because it offers features that those phones don't have. It really all depends on what you are going to be using your phone for.

@gmbieberxo um go onto your facebook and then in the search and type in "facebook moblie" then you can go to update by text messaging. After u just send your picture or status to the number 32665 then u can upload them :)

if any of you are using a mac, you can still sync music video and pictures to the phone, download and install kin media sync for mac by mark/space. its a surprisingly good software program that makes it easy to download all your stuff to your phone, no thanks at all to microsoft.

I don't understand it. Wi-fi capibility is the first reason I am got this phone. And I don't wanna pay for data usage. @tmp1987 The only reason i put it in airplane mode is to gaurentee that the phone wont switch onto 3g for some odd reason. its mainly just a precaution and is not needed

You know, I have used a website called phonezoo and they have lots of free ones. Most of the time it works. They send them to you as part of a pix message and then you just save it from there or something like that. So far, that is the only way I have been able to get a ringtone added to this phone.

Fairly good review. I have had this phone for a couple of weeks and I think it is OK. Couple of quirky problems. Have you figured out a way to add new ringtones. I have been able to upload a new ringtone but it titles it as "Unknown". If I try to upload an additional ringtone it titles that one as "Unknown" and I guess the file management software just over writes the old one instead of sequentially numbering the unknown file name.

Ready to return but options are slim for feature phones.

@boruken You can't really connect the phone to your computer until you actually downloaded the Zune software. From there you can drag and drop your iTunes library into your Zune software and then sync it to your phone. I hope this helped!
