Making people afraid of god should be punnished!

Do you realy think...that if there is a god...he is helping you with your little problems while millions of people dying in africa of hunger while praying to god everey day?!

If god is real..and he is doing that...its a crewl man and i will not believe in that!

I can not reach the idea he is doing that so i dont think there is a god.

I hope i dont offend someone, but i think its good to speak about this even when someone have another opinion.

Blame the selfishness of humans, not God. There wouldn't be millions of people starving in Africa if we followed Jesus.

Us people are way to selfish in life! Materialistic en ignorant! BUT the fact that millions of people have to learn that out of a book (the bibble) instead of thinking that for themselves is scary to me.

I can't take the book for the truth, so the quotes you wrote me, have no impact or whatsoever on me. Even though the bibble have allot of good stories about how to live your life. But the coran have that 2, i see no difference in both, i can take the good out of both and ignore the rest.

You're right. The Bible is not the truth, the bible even says that itself. Jesus is the Truth. It is scary that people search in a book that tells them about Jesus, but cannot ask Jesus for the Spirit to do the things Jesus said to do in that book. We must set aside selfishness and ask Jesus to show us the truth, only then will we find out the truth. Set aside pride and ask Jesus for the holy Spirit.... this is something that no book can do for us. Follow Jesus, not books or religious scam.

i don't know if the person who posted the video is actually the one preaching in the video, but i really like the way he used the bible to describe the adultery of his people through other gods. i was reading in Ezekiel about a metaphore of prostituion by two cities i think they were jerusalem and Juda. The comment that Oprah made just struck me it shows that she's not close to the word of God at all. When God says he is a named a Jealous God it's in regard to the worshipping of false gods

satan or not really sure of his true name or whatever sorry...but was one of his angels thjought he was better or what not was sent down to the pits of hell...i could just see him now saying that god was jealous of him..kinda reminds me of what oprah is doing....this is just wrong what shes doing and something needs to be done..but in way im kinda glad this is going on, cause i know jesus's time is coming when he will save us all the believers,god bless us all

perfectly said. when I heard Oprah say this on her show, I was like "what.. I thought Oprah was actually INTELLIGENT." to me its just common sense what the bible means by when it says that God is a jealous God. but maybe that's because I grew up in church and I've been taught the word from a young age. I don't know. but anyway, like I said, very well said.

Yes I have read the New Testament, so many times and currently reading it in a study format. No one can present Christ, just like no one can present me or you. Don't worry I have the comforter with me to help me discern that which is pleasing to God. I have listened to his podcasts. helped me come to understanding of what the savior meant, Peace be with you, my peace I leave with you, not as the world giveth give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled...powerful, and I have struggled.

Eckart Tolle. What do you mean by new age? I personally don't believe in the concept of New Age. I believe we are just now beginning to come to a true understanding of what God really wants for us. Not to place useless limits on ourselves, you know like the pharisees and all their codes etc. I love the model of Jesus. Somehow he got it all done and in such a peaceful way. No strife, no rush, no doubt, no worry. I can't wait to know how it is to be truly one with God. The learning goes on.

Tolle is New Age. He presents a different Christ and there is conflict with the Biblical Jesus. Have you ever read the New Testament?

I really enjoyed the book a new earth. I am not sure why the big deal about the book. I found that as a christian, the book enlightened me and helped me come to a better understanding of Jesus and his expectations of me. It was a fabulous book that in no way shape, form or fashion drew me away. If anything, it helped me understand that He really does love and wants the best for me. I was born to make manifest the Glory of God! Is that awesome or what?
