ABC ripped & edited all & only his comments, ripped a new a-hole, made up bad guy character, destroyed career, cancelled shows, lost money. Theres miles of footage proving his innocence. Its a slam-dunk lawsuit waiting to happen. Lawyers would beg for chance against ABC & to help Wes. Theres hundreds in Austin alone that'll do it Pro-bono! Can someone help? It's a slam-dunk.

I agree with leddger it a damn show people, ever heard of editing. They anyone into something they are not, by simply splicing pasrts together. Did you notice the change in his voice in his departure. That can be explianed by deleting certain things he said. Wes is a good guy made out to be bad. Apologize, for what? he didn't do anything wrong. The producers of the show edited out, his own true words. They only allowed the viewers to see and hear what they wanted them too. That's why it's called reality tv. His true fans will stick by him, regardless. We realize his personal life is his own business. We are in it for the music. He is an awesome artist, and didn't just jump on board as one. He's been working hard, for years. if anyone should apologize, ABC should, to Wes!

The show tried to portray Wes as a player. Seriously if he really had a girl friend why would he come on national TV to let his gf know he was trying to find love, for!? The producers edited whatever they wanted Jillian & the audience to believe. This song is from his heart. It's pretty obvious! FYI- he has been an artist for yrs. He needed no PR! Guys, The Bachelorette is FAKE. They set up Wes to purposely play him as the bad dude. They cut lines from each sentence and just put them all up together to form a whole new sentence. Its called EDITING. So please people, wes just trying find a living out here so stop being so harsh =/

There is a reason Wes played this song so many times on TV, so that when you checked up on him on YouTube, you would find this song, and that you would find compassion for his situation and support his music. Legal: ABCs Name / Logo rights:
A. ABCs Branding Logo is endorsement. Place name on website is ok, like Wes did, but never Logo. Lawyers prosecute it's removal.
B. Pre-signing docs for Love Show and 14 yrs exp. shows full knowledge and acceptance of rules for their game, so ignorance does not apply, it only shows he had a different Agenda. Problem: If ABC denied logo rights, why would NBC accept him?
C. Up-Staging or demanding changes to what show was intended for is viewed as mocking.
