My laptop came with an HP ExpressCard Digital/Analog TV Tuner and software called QuickPlay, and I can easily record HD television onto my hard drive as MPEG files. Unfortunately, the tuner does not cover the cable channels and I can't get it to work with my cable box, so for now I can only record off the air, and the only station I can get off the air reliably is channel 10. Channel 10, unlike all of the other local stations, has its transmitter north of Tampa, where I am.
I miss Sherry Ray. She was a great metrologist. Now she is being replaced by Kate Wentzel from WPBF 25 News in West Palm Beach.

What equipment and techniques do you use to upload this ? (With my HD camcorder I would have had to video a screener before I uploaded it).
