you said it works even with a tight end. what if a fullback or a tight end was in on the right side and blocked? you're example shows the play against a 5 man line with one back. the play doesnt always work "coach." and i didnt even have to try it out to know it

Yea and by doing that he now has 6 defenders covering your 3 recievers.. AND each of your blockers is 1 on 1 with the defender so if one of them makes a move your screwed.. And I didnt even have to try that out to know it.. LOL

can you beat this guy in madden? The whole idea of a blitz is to get to the quarterback before he gets the ball off. When have you been able to get the ball off every time somebody blitzes? Show me somebody who can do that, and I'll show you somebody who doesn't play Madden on All-Madden

I like to use a Dime package and Blitz the Nickel & Dime Backs (play'em tight). Makes a great Contain too. I also like to put a fast DT into Flat, and bring him around the outside. That one worked well with '05; I need to play with '08 some more yet. But the Dime: Double CB Sting (or whatever it's called)eats'em up in '08, vs AI.

through enough repetitions, the offense is gonna get wise and slide protect to the left when you overload. besides, a 3-4 defense is dependent on a dominantly linebacker defense. so...what you really want is the patriots or ravens linebackers to run a 3-4 and most likely you can get a blitz going on for a sack.

well, if u pause at :25, in madden, the RG and LG could easily block the 2 inside linebackers, then make a hole for the running back to run right up the middle, and then for some odd reason he has the safeties on the outside like he is blitzing with him, so there would be hardly anyone that could tackle him at least b4 a big gain, if not a TD

Bigger is better right? If you want to make the best Madden team you should find the biggest bodies in the game and then up the attributes right? It also would make sense to move the TE's (since they're bigger) to the WR spots. Wouldn't be better to have a 300 pound wideout to run a comeback route or block if the QB decides to take off?

that works because u have a DE running into the RT and that occupies him, so that a linebacker can come in from the outside. the QB backs up to far out of the pocket, and then u c a RG try to block the free linebacker, but then the DE gets past the RT and now the RG has to block the DE, but if he put a TE on the right side and made him pass block that linebacer wouldnt be able to get in the backfield as fast, without gettin past the TE first
