It seems like I just watched a high school cheer team. This is college it's time to step it up. The timing for the stunts were off and not clean. The tumbling was basic and sloppy. The guys can't even partner stunt, it takes all of them to do an extension with one girl. Come on now step it up. Get some double full baskets, toe pitch pyramids, back tuck x out full baskets, better running tumbling and standing tumbling. I am just glad that the college cheer program that I am in is not like this

I mean all schools are doing a good job coming to compete. However ncat you are so not grand champs lets be serious and real. For yall to be co-ed where is the WOW, THE BOOM, THE BANG. Um how about Nobodys grand champs. Morgan has some mistakes but the routine is difficult < full team tumbling and ncat keeps winning like this is A REAL COMP..SORRY. WHEN YOU HAVE all the judges from nact,wssu, and wherever else of course they gonna win. so bad to say buy yall need to cheer,stunt like grand champs

hey! from viewing the videos and ive judged competitions and competed MEACs scoring rubric is the reason why teams such as MSU and FAMU didnt win overall. if it was a real competition with a normal scoring sheet they both would have placed well above NC A&T.. on the scoring sheets its all about skill not the BS cleanliness.. LOL.. a double from a prep would not count the same as a double from a one legged stunt! with deductions or not, difficulty would have place the other teams much higher..

This routine was really clean!!! It was very boring and looked so much like the one from the last two years though. I guess in the MEAC you only have to be clean to win and from what I've read they didn't know that they were in co-ed until the day of? but you show up with guys and they are in your routine?? Famu and morgan were better hands down. Not hating just stating facts

A&T great job! To the haters if you would look at the score sheet you would notice that you do not get points for something unless majority performed the skill so throwing 3-4 fulls and risking touching down makes less sense than having 10 layouts and maxing out your points. also backtuck baskets are awarded the same points as toetouch baskets bc they are nontwisting baskets. so although the individual difficulty wasn't as high they maxed out on everything and were extremely clean.

Whats so funny is that people at like the competition favors A&T...this is definitely not true cuz everyone hates us..we are always hated on so why would they favor us...Bottom line is they had a clean routine and its 4 back to back really says alot ....Aggie Pride!!!

Why do people ALWAYS hate on A&T?! 1st, they had no idea they were in the coed division until the day of the competition. They were not happy, but you know what...they rolled with it, didn't cry about it and performed. 2nd they don't attend NCA compt yet because the school won't pay for it but trust that as active alumni we are raising money and trying to make a way for our team to get there. 3rd none of the other coed teams did traditional unassisted coed stunts so everyone has much work to do

Lastly, most competion would consider a squad with 4 or less guys as small coed. They would not put them in a category squads containing 10 guys. So before we all become harsh judges, lets review all of our facts and let them play an essenitial role before posting negative remarks to a squad who did nothing but perform the routine choreographed for them.

Well I will say this! Yes the routine was was a little boring and could have used more difficulty but we should point out a lot of good qualities. The routine was very clean, spacing was good, sycronization was better than other squads, jumps were higher, very good use of the floor, and less bobbles. People often believe better pyramids will win a competition but it points are taken off in other categories than it doesnt matter i.e. jumps, stunts, pyramids, tumbling, and cheer. .

@WJF30 THANK YOU! Finally somebody that gets it...of all the bashing that the Aggies got, NOBODY has stated the obvious, and that is that this squad was the cleanest of the competition. Was their routine "safe?" YES...was it well executed? YES! not to take anything from any of the squads THEY ALL CAME WITH IT...FAMU took risks and unfortunately the reward was not as great...no slight to them, MSU, SCSU etc, but we all know in a judged sport, how well you do a skill is what is rewarded...

I was not impressed with this routine! I'm so sick of A&T winning the Grand Champs title with these routines that my high school girls could execute with EASE! What gets them is they are CLEAN but it's easy to be clean when you're doing basic stunts! Morgan's routine was waaaayyy more exciting and had Grand Champs potential. Their routine could compete against all-stars ANYDAY! Let A&T try that same routine and see how they make out.. #epicfail 'Tis all

I can see why people would say its a cleaner routine than the others but the level of difficulty was not there. Its one of those things where even though you make have more difficulty, if you don't execute, the simpler stunts prevail. The Meac Cheer competition is still entertaining!
