Can't tell from picture, but does this bolt up to same spot as those 2 spring bolts? and how could you not have fitment issues from midpipe to 3inch pipe?
@filowfulwaffle I have the same exhaust on my 2006 and I don't get pulled over for it. It's not loud really - trucks/Harleys are deafening compared to it.
Though in the state of CA - if you get pulled over; you CAN get sited because it is modified, just explain that it doesn't touch any of the CARB components...which is true, and they might not give you a fix it ticket.
I put mine on today and I'm already not liking it. Fitment is just okay, it's not OEM fitment but it works. I really don't like it cause it's LOUD! Can't complain since I bought it used dirt cheap.
hey i have a 91 legacy and i was looking for exhaust and i was told the 98 wrx headers would fit but right now i just need a exhause and my car is non turbo would andthing on the newer wrx or what year and parts can i use? i wanna put a turbo on her but it wouldt be any time soon but any help would work thanks
I had a 2008 2.5i and a 2006 WRX and I miss them alot...but im an Audi guy now.

i never had any problems with the cops, at idle and just an easy cruise it was not very loud, but when you get on it you can definitely hear it.

Any trouble with police with the silencer out? doesnt sound to loud but is still smooth.

No, it will not fit a USDM first gen impreza without rotating the flange.

I have the same exhaust on my 04 wagon. Invidia v2 dp /w SRS catback. Fitments perfect, and looks and sounds great.

yes i bought the two piece kit. it bolts up with no problems, it even uses the same hangers.
