If you want to change the colour,go layer style ---> Color overlay,choose your coulour and make sure that the COLOR OVERLAY has MODE OVERLAY.Matty

Stratz Will get probably 20+ requests a day with the prices he has now, if he lowered them he would get a fuck load more, also he would have to let alot more people down, I dont think you realise how long it takes to get the idea and to make a good background, And FYI web designing and GFX is a Job .. And about "Valuing his subscribers", he's brought out some of the best free gfx packs ive ever seen for his subs. Nuff said.

@ItsAdamWashington Every day but 1 actually, but like I said, Stratz has a life. He doesn't sit at his computer all day hunched over it thinking of 4-5 new designs from nothing. He probably gets 15+ requests a day, and a lot more asking for free ones. He does put time into what he does, that is how he makes good bg's.. he doesn't use templates or tutorials.. like I said he has to think of a new design every bg he makes.

@StreamlinedStudios the thing with merging them is that it completely rasterizes the shape, so that you cannot change it at all, but with smart object you can right click > edit contents and you still have all the layer styles etc. Its just alot more convenient in case you need to change something.
