Well, it is not racist or nationalistic (by Chinese standards, anyway). I just don't like the smug attitude of "You can't understand China" that they throw at our faces whenever it suits them. By the way, 99% of Chinese people don't even understand the concept of racism, and most of them are soooo racist.
PAY ATTENTION. This is a play upon one of China's most famous comedian's films (Stephen Chow), who was the guy in Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu. The movie is "Tang Bohu", regarding a playboy poet during the Tang or Song dynasty (not sure). The blood spit, wordplay, etc. are all ripped from the film. If anything, Chinese viewers are laughing at THAT reference, not anything 'nationalistic'.
it's a word play. actually a fairly technical challenge for "word boundary", since Chinese language do not seperate words with a space, as is the case in English. The video is a commercial piece by Baidu, which is basically making fun of google's inability to chop up Chinese sentences into proper word boundaries. The actor is famous, the same lead actor in Kong Fu.

沒任何道理的鄙視外國人,這稱得上創意嗎?根本是廉價的民族主義。
