i had a similar incident happen in dallas, people were just walking by this homeless guy pointing and talking about it, nobody was doing a thing to help him till i saw him, but by the time it was all said and done, the man had passed away, we assume he tripped and fell, hit his head pretty nasty on concrete. it disgusted me how nobody did anything prior to me showing up

This man lived the worst life possible, a homeless individual that was shunned from society.
