It is a cheat, not in  a sense as its cheating but as in you have to fiind it out for your self.

Cp cheats sites post where the latest item is, it dosen't mean its cheating.

It tok me a while to find out how to get that hat so I realy wanted to help other people find it.

Yes it is a cheat as it dosen't clearly show you how to do it.

The catalog was just to remind people who hadn't been on cp for like 4 days that Rockhopper was here and that they should get the item before he left the island.
