I love the hair over-the-shoulder effects, how did you get it to be collidable? I think that's the right word... ah well. The movements are all very well done though all of them are kinda slow like shes underwater. The facial features could use a little work.

All in all this doesn't look too bad, I have seen some animations that look really bad. (Hair or limbs going through body, Body segments glitching an turn invisible, ect) Would love to see stuff like this in something like morrowind.
