  • are reebok good

  • @LUCKYDECK1 Depends on which one, i could imagine the Reebok ZigTech to be quite good. I actually wanted to get a pair for the gym and running, i have quit Parkour due to seeing a friend breaking his leg in 2 places, which was a massively traumatic experience

  • Kalenji's all the way dude

  • k-swiss ariakes are pretty good but i would recomend getting the ariake 3 if you were gonna buy a pair.

  • I Wear (K-swiss tubes) and my friend has (K-swiss blade light recover) They Are Sooo good for comforting and sprinting

  • LatinGamer? Doesn't really sound like he's a traceur, but the first two are not bad. Nike Darts are also one of the good ones.

  • nike darts are the best

  • i wear nike frees, they work ok for me

  • @TheFausketraceur Too bad they don't go above size 11. Us big guys gotta use sub-par shoes. its a real shame

  • kalenjis without adoubt cheap, light and grippy what more could you want

  • Vibrams kick ass! I have to KSO's and the KSO Treks. Look them up, running in those bad boys make you feel so free

    Vibram Five Fingers (FTW)

  • reebok realflex

  • ah the ariakes or wat evr got them for x mas last year still have them to this day lol dont use em alot though still like em

  • ariakes are the best of the best no doubt

  • my favorite is the k-swiss ariakes! and parkour rocks!

  • K-Wiss cool! everything else - shit

  • KO's and Vibram KSO or Trek

  • Merell waterpros and new balance 420´s

The new balance ones have a much more flexible sole than the already really flexible sole of the waterpros, so I prefer to use the NB´s for precision and balance training, though the merells have better traction and impact absorbtion so they are better overall.

  • I bought a pair of Marathon 10 Addidas, They are extremely light but I havnt gotten a chance to try them out with Parkour and Freerunning yet, I'm not just going by what I think, so could anybody look them up and give me YOUR input???

    It would help

  • Skelatoes

  • KOs BABY!

  • Acupunture shoes are good

  • k swiss and 5 fingers

  • Nike...

  • I thought if the heals of the shoe r 2 big then it will make ur land soft but later have ankle sprains or sumthing?

  • VIBRAMS!!!!!!! AND ADIBOUNCE

  • Puma Voltaic II. I swear by it, it's grip is pretty good, great ankle support, pretty flexible, and lightweight.

  • dc shoes xD they work for me n thats all i wear

  • Its depends on your liking but overall KO shoe have been working best for me and if you dont like them because they dont have much padding then go get a new soul for it and it will be perfect because thats the only bad thing about those shoes and personally to me its not because if you know how to land like a safety tap then you dont need to much padding and the bottom of the shoes are practically a foam type substance.

  • I have Nike air

  • KOs by a long shot. ive had a pair of pumas that were better then 5 10s and ariakes, and toe shoes, and i would have the KOs over all of them

  • to bad theres no ariakes available....

  • i have new balance

  • Adi bounce: good but too hard in the arch not very flexible either.

Nike 360/180: good but don't last very long.

    K-swiss Ark: pure shit.

  • K-O's

  • @SomeRandoStuff yeh you can but 1 there not worth it and too you can get them from ebay for £50 but there way not worth it.

  • VIBRAM 5 FINGERS!!!! Bakila or Treks!

  • *kalenji*

  • 5Ten are the best!

  • @SomeRandoStuff awesome

  • KO's are the shit.

  • yeh i got k swiss ariake. theyre reallyy light weight, and comfy, decent grip and good cussioning. i really recomend them for prkour..not to sure for free running thugh. id probs go for k swiss tubes coz they absorb impact better

  • what about air rift

  • The best parkour / free running shoes are KO's

  • i like adi bounce and new balance

  • i think nike barefoot are best

  • the best is the ariake.

  • @IMjoshclark the ariake is the worst parkour shoe ever made!!

  • best shoes are bare feet...

    then the kalenji

  • aahh you had trapt headstrong you legend asif it got taken off :( and i had new balance but they ruin to easily i have nikes duel fusion waffle grip now but there grip is terrible but good for shock absorb im getting some wfpf KOs soon so they should be the best ^^

  • I have no idea what their names were, but it was a pair of trial running shoes, and they were fantastic.

  • If you are like me and you jump really high a lot for parkour. I would reccomend the nike T-90s they are great.

  • I think the ariake is probably the best, i still do kung fu and good you stopped. I would suggest anyone trying to do parkour that does not work out a LOT to stop because you will just get hurt. It is why people like EMC or 3Run are so good and hardly get hurt because they practice a ton too.

  • i want them k-swiss kicks i have these ten dollar shoes

  • Try five ten savants. They have good grip and they last

  • i use new balance

  • i make parkour, what shoes are better, adidas bounce or adidas megabounce? and what are the difference?

  • What about Nike Shox

  • u havn't did wfpf KO'S

  • And i agree, parkour comes from grenoble (my city ;)), with David Belle. only bad thing, he turned it into a business that is out of the real meaning of Parkour.

  • Kalenji is just the perfect brand for perfect Parkour shoes ;)

  • Its so hard to find the right shoes for freerunning and parkour, They need to be grippy obviously, with a thick soft soul but need to be flexible at the same time so they don't take your spring for jumping and running. You also want them to look fairly good to feel more confident, then... they need to be the right size, damn.

  • umm. .. listen everyone first of all to airsoft addict parkour ISNT tricking and stuff, freerunning is,2nd the ariakes come highly UN-recomended ,the plastic d-loops break, the grip is pretty sticky which IS good but it wears out fast.SO to answer an obvious question of which shoes to wear id say...none of the first 2 ,Personelly I recomend the NIKE DART 7 OR 8

  • I K Swiss Rannel Si18

    II Feiyue

    III Kalenji

  • the k-swiss are the best there but i think wfpf's ko's are much better

  • wtf new balanse is a shet bounse and nike shox are the best ones the legends of snikers

  • None of the shoes you got on your top 5, are good for parkour or freerunning!

K-swiss si-18 rannell, and kalenjis, are unofficial the best parkour shoes, you can get.

In the UK they only wear these two shoes.

  • @AndruuT bullshit freerunning and parkour are different look it up 4- balls

  • Respond to this video... Inov-8 looks like my kind of shoe...

  • k-swiss si-18's, and kalenjis before they went bad. honestly the uk has the best footwear for parkour. ko's should be coming in within a few weeks so go for those. probably the most inexpensive at $40, bought my si-18's for $50 and the only thing i would say is rail precisions have to be exact for the si's to not slip other then that they are breathable, light, comfortable, little cushioning so it forces you to land soft a 9.3/10 for me ;)

  • Adi bounce,they bounce

  • um try the adidas harmony, theyve been working great for me.

  • The best parkour shoes are: Kalenji Ekiden 50 and Nike Freerun+ ^^

  • I absolutely hated the Ariakes, I have been using Nike Frees and I think they are great!

  • now nike free

  • i have the "nike lunarglide plus 2" they are great great parkour shoes !! great grip and great support for running

  • i just like climbing and stuff so wat shoes would be the best?

  • i got the five ten decents >.< they feel like sox on your feet they are that light

  • Nike SHOX

  • kalenji!

  • @PKVAULT94 i was gonna put that shame they took away the success

  • Puma Xuvia, but they are a prototipe now, maybe this year they come out

  • I think you should check this video I made. I went out testing hundreds of trainers until I found my top five fave and then I had to choose what ones I like the best, performance, cost and looks wise. I am going to be bringing out parkour vids to. Check out the top five vid on my acc

  • i used parkour in a paintball game. i was sniping and noboy knew where i was.

  • @sumith42ith lol...

  • @sumith42ith watch tempest paintball game it is sick

  • @sumith42ith you cant "snipe" with a paint ball gun unless you have first strike rounds.

  • @broomyrox you can, in an outdoor game, if you have a sniper gun (wich i have) use parkour, get somehwere nobody else can and camp there

  • @sumith42ith sorry, im not saying that your lying but whats your setup? Because the closest thing that i can think of to sniping would be first strike rounds, for a tiberius or a Apex barrel adaptor

  • @sumith42ith dude thats awesome XD

  • @sumith42ith awesome!

  • airsoft addict i like doing that to and so far the new balance i think are the best for me

  • i use the newbalance and there working great for me

  • I just gotta say something about this "cushioning" s**t. Watch a cat lump or land. That's the key to tracing. The "elbow" on the back legs of a feline are actually HEELS. they never toucch the ground, but are used when sitting. The point is, the whole lower leg is an elongated FOOT and the "foot" we take to BE a foot is the BALL OF THE FOOT. Now: take a piece of rubber and plastic and leather and put it on that wonderfully elegant engineering and you see why BS shoes are progress.

  • @fr3lonbrun - I mean, "NOT progress". A real traceur's LIFE is about economy, man, and so depending on a shoe for landings or "bounce is crap. Train your FEET and your CENTER and forget the shoes. The arch is weakened sitting on those cushions, but in a cat it is constantly tensed, ready to spring, ready to contract under negative tension to break a fall and land like a ninja. That flex is why shoes like Frees feel so cool. Use progressive barefoot training in grass, and get stronger.

  • @SniperKyle89 Yeah, those are the shit, bro, fa sho. I just wish they'd last - or that, like the 5.10s I could resole them.

  • Hey, where those Bounce and Maxes go, I gotta say BS. Man, those kinds of over-priced, over-engineered shoes are crutches and they don't last worth a damn. I've tested them - and I've worn the rubber down to the air pockets and springs. Secondly, the profile is too high on them, and the 360's have no lateral tolerance ans the uppers tear. F**k that, I'd take a pair of Ariake Lite Meshes anyday (they're super light and breathable) or some 5.10s.

  • hey i have new balance i dont recamend getting them i did less than a week of parkour and the grip isnt really grippy and the shock whare down fast

  • How are the inov-8's? I'm looking for a lightweight shoe with traction, i'm into wall climbing. Thanks.

  • Dude everybody get the inov-8 I have a pair and there SWEET!!!! Thee grip is better than any other shoe available!!!!!!!!! they are so comfy and they move with your feet and by that i mean they dont restrict foot movement like other shoes theyre GREAT!!!!!

  • @SniperKyle89 hey i actually just put up a review of those. mind giving me some feedback on it? and i use the Five Ten FreeRunner. Absolutely beastly parkour/Free Running shoe

  • what is with asics ? are some asics running shoes good, some you take for jogging? please answer

  • the newish addidas® "Traceurs" shoes are great and made for parkour

  • vaya, k tennis ^^!

  • K-swiaa iwear them and tehy are wonderful

  • climebing shoes

  • I love the adi bounce, but do they have alot of grip? Also I reccomend polysorb's wrist support, grip gloves and the k-swiss ariakes

  • k-swiss the best i have been free runing for about 6 years and there the best the inov-8 301 pk next runner up though there also both 100 dollars

  • i would pick new balance shoes ,but now i do pk whit adidas shoes i dont know the full name but.... peace to parkour. and let there be parkour parks!

  • those all suck!!! its all about the 5.10 chase

  • i bought a running shoes.. do you think i can use it in parkour?

  • Kalenjis are the best shoes ever, lightest shoe, gripiest and most shock absorbant plus there a tenner. I was having a word on THE wfpf wall on face book and they said thats what they based there new Kos on. honestly the best shoe you could ever by !

  • I'd suggest gettin FiveTen Alien Glows. THEY ROCK!!!

  • esex are nice

  • theres no best shoes for parkour, in the beginning of the film they asked david belle " whats the best shoe? " and he answered " bare foot " he meant thats parkour is pure technique and philosophy.

  • @faquiado Ur right, but c'mon looking 4 free running / parkour shoes is kinda fun. Not putting u down or anything, just sayin. But again, I do agree wit u, technique nd philosophy does come first in parkour/ freerunning.

Nd ur not gonna like me saying this, but K-Swiss Ariakes kinda suck cuz the durability is not strong at all. Infact they only last as long as a week or 2, then the grip will start 2 suck. yea they're kool nd all, nd yea they are rlly good, but only 4 so long

  • New Balance 1224 = Awesome! :)

  • The Know Obstacles parkour shoe from wfpf.com

  • i didnt had money for such shoes. So i was great with Nike Zoom : ))))

  • ok hey i like the first k swiss shoes but im just getting in to parkour me and my friend like it but im more in to like free running and climbing up walls and fast pace stuff like that not the tricks and flips. so would the k swiss be a good shoe. or if not what would be please help thanks

  • @AirsoftAddict08

    They k-swiss are good

but free running is more flips and tricks

and parkour is climbing at fast pace

  • @LatinGamerps3 parkour is to train , to escape from something^^

    sry for my english dude

  • @LatinGamerps3 the new balance are the best for that there cheap and effective

  • @LatinGamerps3 yeah to be specific perkour is a type or martial arts used to get around or over an obsticle, free running is a way to get from point a to point b the fastest way possible

  • @LatinGamerps3 Wrong.

Free running and parkour is rather the same.

Urban Tricking is flips and tricks on the street

Parkour was made for special forces and soldiers to get fast through the forrest.

Free running is the same just street based.

  • @MjkayNET wrong again

parkour was created by david belle he set the rules he created the moves and the sport he learned from his father....use ur internet u wad

  • @MjkayNET Wrong, Wrong, Wrong...

  • @LatinGamerps3 HEHEHEHE FAG

  • @LatinGamerps3 shut the fuck up

  • @LatinGamerps3 wrong, freerunning and pakrour are the same..the combination of parkour and stunt is called street-stunt.

  • @LatinGamerps3 yes and no. parkour was made long long time ago for medics to get through the city in the quickest manner possible. so pakour is about getting from point A to point B in the quickest and most fluent way possible.so you need some very comfortable shoes that also grip well. free running is much different. it is just random tricks to flip and jump gaps. for both free running and parkour you need shoes with good grip but for free running you need light wieght shoes.

  • @LatinGamerps3 finaly! another person that knows the difference between free running and parkour!!!

  • @AirsoftAddict08 parkour is just a fancy name for free running sorry if u think im calling you stupid cause im not

  • @crunchynacho Parkour is not a fancy name for free running. Free running comes in when you add all the unneeded things like flips. Parkour is just the flight technique. I also thought it was the same thing until i was corrected by a professional so don't feel bad!

  • @desturbedkids - right on, Parkour comes from the French "parcour" meaning simply obstacle - and yeah, that alone explains it all as: how many often do you think a BACKFLIP is going to get you from Point A to Point B in the quickest time possible? I hate seeing acrobats calling it Parkour. The military is training in Parkour now and you KNOW they ain't talking about flips, LOL.

  • @AirsoftAddict08 Hey i'm Erin Fudge, me and my best mate Tim Whitfield are into freerunning too (the same as u). I reccomend adi bounce trainer's. They help alot especially when you want to get somewhere fast and you have a better landing and more bounce.

  • @MrErinInit K thanks alot i will check them out do they have alot of grip say if ur slimbing up a concrete wall or somthn lik that

  • @AirsoftAddict08 Try the KOs.

  • @AirsoftAddict08 ok plz reply how much money you were wanting to spend

  • @PYROTEKNIKS801 around 100 or lower will go a lil higher but not much

  • from my last comment I now found a spicific five ten shoe that is godly,

The five ten alien glow is now the best of the best freerunning/ parkour shoes the grip is no longer the phantom grip it is now the mystique and it is way better than the freerunner shadow by a longshot, watch the review because there isnt enough room to type on fucking youtube.

  • 5 TEN ARE THE BEST FREE RUNNING SHOES

    (fiveten.com)

  • The five ten parkour shoes are excellent

    excellent PK shoes

  • i have both the ariakes and invo 8's i use those for more urban jungles and i use my nike air max's for conditioning and training

  • some of the most reliabel shows i have had for parkour have been nike darts and invo8. the heavy duty inov8 shon in this video has more durable grip than the thinner lighter model i own currently

  • Five ten ???

  • Ariake is the best maffaka!!

  • asics are good

  • anyone think merrell would be good?

  • @904folyfe Merrell is an awesome multi purpose shoe I use them all the time and they do a great job!

  • @Furiouslymiasmic thanks. any specific name of a shoe you like

  • @904folyfe Go for any of the trail shoes (ex: tree frogs). Your looking for the light but hardy footwear. Try to avoid the hiking boots; they're heavy, too big, and just generally awkward. If you live in Canada I suggest you visit MEC and just try them on until your happy with a pair. The shoes must fit you! Not the other way around! Good luck!

  • is Champion a good brand for parkour too?

  • My ariakes had the shoe lace rings? rip out of the leather in a week and like a month they had blow outs. I just bought Nike Darts. BEST SHOE I'VE HAD. grip way better than ariakes and better cushion with still having a good amount of feel. and inexpensive. I got them for $25 at a Kohl's.

  • the ariake doesnt have good grip but have all the other things like good resistense

  • kalenjis are my best they are soo good for parkour u should add tht to your video. but other from that i think the k-swiss Ariake are the best there. ¬~(*_*)~

  • why don't they sell the black whit eand orange ariakes anymore T_T

  • Feiyues are the best shoes for free running.

  • k-swiss ariakes are the best!

  • has anyone ever heard of the new KO's free running shoes from wfpf? i just bought them and i wanna know if they are any good

  • I have the Five Ten Freerunners

  • the ariakes broke in a month for me

  • id say grip is very important in choosing a parkour shoe but most important is the support and pound control the shoe gives. Free runners take a lot of pounding on the bottom of their feet and ankles. without the proper padding and support kiss your ankles, knees, and even your back good bye. Asics and Nike 5.0 are great shoes.

  • @BLitzRunner77 while I will never tell someone to buy uncomfortable shoes, you must know if it hurts, you are doing it wrong.

  • Are there any regular shoes that are good like iftheres a time where I didn't plan to go train but I want to just mess arround u know?like so I'm not always wearing running shoes

  • lmao i use etnies but im not that good though

  • the adi climacool indoor soccer shoe is a pretty good parkour shoe. the sole of the shoe is one piece so it makes it more durable, and the fact that the side is mesh makes it lighter. the grip is meant for turf (it is, after all, an indoor soccer shoe) but it works very nicely on urban surfaces. i use these and definitely recommend them:

  • I'd say ASICs are some nice shoes. I have the kswiss and my friend has ASICs and we've been parkouring and training always at the same time and he does better performance some times and we tried our shoes and his were REALLY nice so yea

  • I start with Reebook XO fit, then Fila Alpha and now I use Adidas cool runners, that I think have the best technology/price balance. It is my 4th pair by now 7 minutes ago.

  • i like the inov-8

  • The air max are not good. The air is broken in a few weeks rather than intrined used to decorate. Do not be fooled. Slipper springs and air chamber are not good to train pk.

The k-wiss are very famous but not all will go well.

Each shoe is a world and everyone else..
