no its not prepaid, phones like the x-tc or the rumor 2 on virgin is prepaid, the helio phones on virgin isnt prepaid, plans ranges from 65-99 dollars..so yeah.

Im sure its no iPhone with the apps but hey if i can get unlimited everything for under $100 a month it fits my budget . im trying to be realistic here , fuck being cool

I like the new menu and the new look of the phone overall.... I have the first Ocean and I wish they didn't change the camera placement on the Ocean 2. I guess it was too "complicated" for people to figure out how to hold the phone while taking a picture (hint: hold it just like you would an actual camera). I wish they improved it's speed more. From what I've seen from reviews it still lags really bad. I'm tired of waiting for the phone to keep up while texting, then it leaves out words.

yeah i'm not really into the new camera placement and removal of the led which could be used like a flashlight and there really does need to be a better data transfer system but it's still cool

it would have been cool if they didnt wait like 6 effin yrs to release the ocean 2 plus virgin mobile should have let helio existing costumers upgrade for the same price new coustmers get it for you know they make u pay 400 msrp for a phone thats the freaking same as the original one..do worst part is that everyone expected a touch screen instead they ripped off zune and made that track thingy no one can freakin use helio nor virgin mobile will ever make a phone as good as iphone or blackberry

well if u have had helio for more than one year u get it half off and if u are close to two years u get it free... i have the ocean and they are sending me the ocean 2 for free, sure i have to make 2 more years but i never had a prob with the service so i dont care!!! give them a call and see what they tell u...
