This is so beautiful....so timeless....Frazier is the most expressive , most provacative vocalist

i've ever heard....in my humble estimation...amongst modern contemporary vocalists, she has no peer.

She makes me feel everytime i hear. Robin Guthrie an utter genius for crafting and orchestrating this sound as well. Then as now , he is a hero for his fearlessness.

LOVE THIS SONG! and one of the few where liz is singing words and not glossolalia. The best band in the worlld in my opinion and i have been a fan for about 25 years. saw them twice in new orleans and both times was floored that rhey actually sund as good or better live. liz shines in the live versions where she works her voice harder with no tracking. All true artists!

Simply one of the greatest bands ever.. this is sung so angelic that only Robin can do. Their sound is like no other and if there is a heaven Cocteau Twins will be up there singing with the saints.

It's so great to know there are Cocteau Twins songs still to discover.Along with the beauty of Liz's voice are the wonderful MELODIES of their songs.Hats off to the composer. Check out her harmonies with Ian from "Echo and the bunnymen", on the track, "Candleland",from one of his solo albums. The contrast of their 2 voices is gorgeous.

@aeonsomnia It's funny that you commented that........MTV actually started in the early eighties, and stood for Music Television (Music TV). The channel used to be devoted to nothing but videos, with "VJs" or Video Jockeys (like disk jockeys of radio). Eventually it became it's own media machine and fell under the reality show spell.....or perhaps fostered it.

But back in the day is actually was linked to music.......
