Really great video but I think you should get a thicker piece of acrylic. I noticed that when you push on it it bends a fair amount. Not necessary, just my input.
As Waleismer says, I use a the rear IR diffusion technique different to the FTIR approach used by MaximumPC. It is simpler to get going. I used a sheet of draughtsman's paper to improve the projection screen quality :-)

Will you be able to run Windows 7 on this? Will I be able to press the start button and open windows and things like that on this?
