  • 30 to 45 is enough for a person getting lean and muscular 60 to 90 is for people who may be overweight if there trying to lose alot.

  • 30 to 45 min tops. Your body goes catabolic with cortisol after that. If you're on the juice then workout longer

  • @XaviertheStoner you could try that, but after a routine like that for awhile, your body is gunna say fuck you, im gunna cramp up, or snap up. And i mean that with all honesty, but its just advice

  • i agree with u man...1.5hour to 2 hours max....with friends at night we would usually stay for about 3 hours, but there is 4 of us, same talking takes a lot of ur time...now i go in the mornings, depending on my mood, usually stay 1-1.5 hours....perfect

  • I don't do Cardio I lift for 1-2 hours Benching,curling,Push ups.

    One day upper body Strength

    Next day Lower body Strength

    Then repeat the Cycle

  • if your practiceing for 90 min then lifting for an hour

  • Great video. I do 45 to 60 on the treadmill and 15 to 30 mins on weights and I'm out the gym
