  • Totally cool. Love the shadowing.

  • @70redcutlass Thank you. ^^

  • that is epic you are awesome

  • @BSWFIMZ Even though it's sub par to my others, still glad you enjoy it. Thanks! XD

  • Awesome! I'm really interesting in checking out copic markers now, they look really good at blending.

  • @HeroProbe Thanks. I generally don't blend with mine (instead I layer), but yes, I've seen AMAZING blending done with other copic users. ^^

  • thats great work..

  • @davycrocketful Thanks, but hopefully I can prove mysef to be better after doing up some (around 50) for the Topps Galaxy 7 sketch card set. My first official Star Wars gig. ^^ I'll see if I can record some and mash them up in one vid to edit and post some day. ^^;

  • @MsNicoleGoff im new to this sketch card thing..your gonna do 50..?..thats a lot...look forward to seeing them on youtube..

  • @davycrocketful Average for the big sketch card companies is 100 or more. But I try not to do that many anymore (used to when I started). 50 is already too many for me..but we'll see how they turn out. Expect them to be TOTALLY different than these. They don't have to be fully colored so many may just be sketched. And lets hope I get at least some recorded for here. ^^;

  • first boba doesnt have muscles but other than that great

  • @montvillain No muscles!!?? Is he all fat under the suit? J/K ;P Maybe this one just likes to work out...^^ Thanks!

  • where do u get the cards?

  • @jnnieuw I designed them in Photoshop and sent them to a printers to print out. In this case: iconix. If that's what you meant.

  • @MsNicoleGoff Is it just printer paper of like a card stock paper?

  • @lacrosse782 Card stock...much thicker than copy paper. Basically similar thickness to baseball cards or trading cards in general.

  • I like your fingers.... and nice work!

  • @1989Icarus Hehehe..Thanks! Too bad my nails don't always look decent enough for the camera. ;P

  • Where you get them from

  • @desola32 Get what?

  • @MsNicoleGoff lol ... maybe the nails

  • @The15180 hahaha. They're 'home grown'...lol

  • wow

  • @MotionStudios10 Thx. :)

  • Lol I dont remember boba fett being quite so buff anyway good work

  • @Radiator95 Thanks. And that's what's nice about art...it's all about interpretation from both artist and viewer. XD

  • awsome

  • @sniper100ify2 Thanks. :)

  • All I under stood in the song was GIVE ME YOU'RE EXTACY i didn't know he took drugs

  • @sameguyemo No one ever said he did...^^; Songs don't always relate to the content given... sometimes it's just a good beat to go with the time lapse or a request or whatever...not always related to the character...but sometimes. It depends on the person making the video. ;)

  • oh lol :PP

  • where can i get on of those types of ink pens?? I want an EXACT PLACE, maybe like ac more of micheals craft store?

  • @Mrawesomesauce14 Honestly, I only know of where I get them (because I haven't looked elsewhere). And that's at the Joe Kubert's Art Store. You can contact them through the school's website. Kubertsworld. (0 Raphael Kolinski Brush...I'd start off with a 2 or 1 first. It may take adjustment to using if you haven't used a brush to ink before.)

  • u forgot one little simple thing.... the dent on his helmet and also the yellow strip on the side of the helmet. other than those two misgurded misstakes, the vid was a full successXD.

  • @shocktrooper108 Cool, thanks for checking it out! XD

  • so nice :D good job! can you draw yoda? I am thinks you can :D (Sorry For My bad English :D)

  • @mobilnik32 I can, but won't be able to since I'm busy with other things and also prefer to draw more women...^^; Though thanks for watching and for the nice comment! XD

  • @mobilnik32 ehehehe :DD And how you have learned to draw?

  • @mobilnik32 Didn't see your reply till now since you replied to your own msg...^^; I learned through practice, mimicking other artists, self study, observation, analyzing, self awareness, schooling, trial and error....and so on....and STILL learning.

  • GIVE ME LA ECTAXY

  • @MUSICVIDEOZny *giggle*

  • lol whats up with the whiny japanese guy shouting "Give me your ecstacy" good sketch btw

  • @DrakenGuardz It's a song from the soundtrack of the Anime Witchblade. And thanks! XD

  • Sweet drawing! i love your ink work ^-^

you should try being a inker for comics.

  • Thanks! Never really thought to pursue that avenue since I wanna do my own stuff, thus don't want to get side tracked. HOWEVER, I am waiting for some pages to inking soon that will be published if all goes smoothly. ;)

If I'm allowed, I'll probably record myself inking a page and edit to add here. XD

  • Well do what you want then. Regather if you want to work for comics OR not you have a job in art ;-)

  • Hehehe, very true! And I plan to work in comics...but hopefully my own...;)

  • Same here. I need to work on my inking steal BUT i am close. looks like you have all 3 down. color ink and pencil down so yea. good luck

  • @deepart15 Sorry, just saw this was unanswered...? ^^; I have practice and some knowledge in all three, but not enough to excel in comics. I have a long ways to go. So thanks...I'll need the luck. ;)

  • @MsNicoleGoff its cool. I forgot i replied any way lol. Any way give your self more credit. you are great at this ^-^

  • @deepart15 Thanks...^^

  • what pens do you use?

  • I use a #0 Raphael Kolinksi brush with Pelican Ink (sometimes Speedball ink). To color I use Copic Sketch markers.

  • I love the song in this one. Not sure if it fits but I definitely want this song! Lol. Reminds me to the intro to Yu Yu Hakusho (although it's nothing alike lol)

  • At that time, I only had a few songs in my iTunes...^^; But yeah...I always think of the hot Anime Witchblade when I hear this song....not Boba...;P

  • wow is just AMAZING.

  • I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, thanks! XD

  • thats just awesome!! 5/5

  • Thanks for taking the time to watch, comment and rate! XD

  • That is so awesome! Do you work in the business or do you only do this in your sparetime?

  • These 'PSC' are commission works, but not the actual videos...I do them for fun. But I have worked for Marvel through subcontractors (Upperdeck, Rittenhouse)...for sketch cards. I have them listed in my profile along with others. The 'SASC' vids are cards I did for Marvel. The 'SASC (1)' was used in a small spot for advertising. XD

So to answer your question simply...yes, I'm in the business, but only a small part. ;P

(I've never been good at paraphrasing.)

  • that's frickin epic. Oh btw, do you just make a faint outline before the video so you can remember what to draw, or do you like print them off the internet and then just trace them?

  • Thanks and these are all my own, ORIGINAL drawings of these known characters. The 'faint' outlines are the actual pencils, but may not show as well on camera.

I usually only record the inks and/or colors. But if you want to see me pencil one, then check out the (1) SASC Green Goblin vid. XD

  • Whoo Hoo!! A new video!! Awesome job!!

  • Thanks!!! It was fun starting fresh with a new video edit program (iMovie)....so I got to make it look spiffy...hehhe. XD

  • love it

  • I love it that you love it! XD Thanks!

  • yaaaaaay you're back with more videos!

    very nice boobiefeet

  • XD Yup, and thanks for the welcome back. ;) I do have one more in this series (3)....Thor. I'll be editing in the next few days...if I can't get him worked on today.

  • I really like that drop shadow. Very nice shading.

  • Thanks...I tried that with one of my Spider-Man Archive cards late in the game and wished I applied it to more cards (drop shadow).

  • hey Nicole~ its Justen, could i fing those markers at a micheals store?

  • The few Michael's stores I've been to didn't carry them. I get mine online or sometimes smaller more specialized art stores carry them and even some Anime shops. I'd recommend just looking in your phone book and calling the art stores you see listed...ask them if they carry the "Copic Marker" brand. There's a few types that have different tips, Ciao, Sketch (I use), Original and Wide.

  • Ciao's also have a brush tip, so if that's all you can find, it's a fair compromise.

  • Isn't the brush slightly smaller than the sketch?

  • Nope, both are replaceable with the "Super brush nib".

  • So I've gotta buy 100 plus nibs...heheh.

  • They come in packs of 3 each, so only 34 packs :)

  • ^^;

  • I appreciate you watching and thinking so! :)

  • Love it! Your best one yet! Great job on the transitions, they go perfect with the music! Man you're getting good at this!

  • Thank you very much! It was my first time using iMovie.

Trial and error...so my next two that go with this (I did three cards for someone-commissioned) I should be able to edit more efficiently.

    But the two after those two are Spider-Man Archives and I want to get FinalCut to use on them. ^^;

These free editing programs that come with the comps can get redundant after awhile...only so many effects and transitions. ;P

Thank again for the praise! *hug*

  • Editing Schmediting. It's about the ART, baby! :Þ

  • Presentation is part of art. ;P
