@MrClaive23 No udyr and skarner are currently the strongest jungles in game. Sejuani is ok with her cc"s but she is not that quick in clearing the jungles

@Killeratwar123 Actually, by sheer jungle potential it are Shyvana (fastest), Birdman Udyr, Olaf/Malphite/Cho/Singed, Nocturne/Lee sin/Skarner and last on the high speed Amumu.

Overall the best jungler is Lee sin since he is a full powerhouse in every aspect of jungling.

However, sometimes I can't watch HD and have to watch @ 480. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.

refarding AD Carry taking heal as one of the two spells: There was an interesting comment made by (I think) Phreak at IEM.

If the AD carry takes Heal then they get the full benefit of the spell when it's cast - as opposed to just 50% if the support casts it. If you watch the IEM final you'' see that M5's Kog Maw took heal/exhaust and his support took Clairvoyance/Exhaust in game 1 that was Taric, Game 2 Nunu and game 3 it was kennan with Heal/Flash and Sona with Clairvoyance/Flash (I think)

You were having huge mana issues with sona - personally, I run Mana regen per level yellows on her, unlike all my other supports where I run the gold seals. Alternatively, you could run mana regen per level blues and buy CDR boots. But nice as the gold/10 is on the seals, if you're oom for too long you're going to lose your lane, so your team will probably suffer more. Just my 2 cents :)

@deafmonkey2 This mic is fantastic. The noise in the house is the problem. I'm getting a shock mount, but if that doesn't work, I may just go back to my headset mic for streams and use the better mic only for narration where I'm not typing, etc.

@Ciderhelm might i suggest a popfilter? it's one of those screens you can place infront of your mic. And it softens background noise, i know a lot of artists use it to suppress the sound of breathing and soften the s sounds.

@Ciderhelm each of twiches shots puts a stacking poison on you, both his attacks work off the stacks. One slows and expunge does damage based on each stack, not to mention the poison still ticks for damage before he consumes it.

@Sebastianek1990 Personally, I advocate using mp/5 yellow runes and just getting an early pair of Doran's Rings. Cass already has a strong early game, and DRings are a great way to improve it. The sustain from yellow runes and a pair of DRings is enough to keep your mana bar functional until you sell the rings to finish your build late game.

I also noticed that laying off E for harass is far more mana efficient. Only use E when you're going for a kill; otherwise, Q spam.

Just for future reference, on MF, because she's a great farmer, I'd recommend buying Bloodthirster over infinity edge, you get a ton of lifesteal from the farming you do early on. Makes a huge difference
