Because they replaced all of our intelligent, witty, and Portland-smart hosts like Cort and Fatboy with shock jocks like this fuck. C&FB knew what the town wanted to hear, and they gave it to us. I don't want people like this pothead dipshit on in Portland, as about 90% of ex-KUFO listeners agree. I gave them one chance on the first day on Oct 26th, and all four of them (Kidd Chris, Ditch, Ricker, and Marconi AGAIN), all fucking failed. They weren't funny, and knew nothing about the music.

From what I heard on the first day, yes. But it's not about the music. People don't listen to the radio for music anymore. This is the iPod generation. iPods are so frequently owned, they get thrown about like Tamagtochis used to. When people want music, they listen to their iPod. When we listen to the radio, it's to hear the shows. And as far as the shows go now, they're garbage.
