I almost never get sick but yesterday I got hit with the stomach flu for the first time. It's like having dysentery and projectile vomiting at the same time. It's brutal! I thought I had food poisoning at first. Good advice in this video! I didn't have any problem keeping down Gatorade. I drank it in small doses to keep from getting sick again. Pedialyte would probably be better.
Hi,my daughter had stomach flu 2weeks ago she lost 2 kilo in 1week shes still vomiting once a day till now is it normal that its taken more than 2weeks to get better?shes 3 years old,trying to give food and liquid as much as we can but shes got no appetite
@Nahom79 um i had it and she wants to eat but i don't know how to say she can't just try to give her soft food soft drink let her drink about 2 tea spoons of the liquid and soup. hope this helps

i m pretty powerfull when it comes to sickness. i get sick once in maybe 3 yrs and if i am, it only has puking once and very small diarrhea
