I get people sending me cell phone quality photos all of the time,asking me to photoshop them to make them look gorgeous. I'm not God, kids. :\

I have phtoshop in spanish but ill try i think

its filter/Liquify and you choose the enlarging tool and just put it over the eyes and they will widen :)
